How do we get started?

It all begins with a complimentary discovery call. We’ll talk through your event vision, timeline, and needs—and from there, recommend a service package that best fits your goals.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We’re proudly based in Toronto, Canada, and love working with clients across the GTA and surrounding areas. We also offer destination planning within Ontario and select international locations by request.

How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking full-service planning 12–18 months in advance, and wedding management services at least 2–4 months before your event. For private events, 3–6 months is ideal, depending on the scale.

 

However, as we are a small team we book only a limited number of weddings per season. We can book dates up to 2 years in advance, so if you think we're the one, let us know!

What is your payment structure?

A signed contract and a 25% retainer are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due closer to your event date, with a specific timeline outlined in your proposal.

Can we reach out with questions throughout the planning process?

Absolutely! Unlimited communication is included in all of our packages. You’ll have access to us via email, phone, and scheduled meetings throughout the planning journey.

Will you be there on the day of our wedding?

Absolutely! Whether you book full-service or management, a lead planner (and 1-2 assistants, depending on the event scale) will be present to oversee every detail and ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can simply be present and enjoy. Our team is also present right up to the end of your event, and we will handle all teardown and cleanup.

Do you work with specific vendors or can we choose our own?

We have a trusted network of exceptional vendors that we always love to recommend, but we’re also happy to collaborate with professionals you’ve already chosen. Your vision always leads the way!

What’s the difference between full-service planning and wedding management?

Full-service planning is a start-to-finish experience where we handle everything from design to vendor management and execution. Wedding management (often called "month or day-of coordination") is ideal for couples who have done most of the planning and want professional support to bring it all together flawlessly.

Do you offer à la carte services?

Yes! We offer design consultations, guest management, pre-wedding event coordination, honeymoon planning, and more. These services can be added to any package or booked individually.

Do you plan smaller or more casual events?

Yes! We adore planning intimate gatherings just as much as grand affairs. Whether it’s a luxury dinner party or a milestone birthday, we bring the same level of care and creativity to every celebration. Ask us about our intimate events package!
